Terms of service

These terms cover buying from the SUNTECH online shop and using SUNTECH internet services. SUNTECH LIMITED runs this website.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES). We take M-PESA through the prompt on your phone. An order is confirmed once it is fully paid. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before we hand over the goods and you can cancel for a full refund.

Pickup and delivery

At checkout you choose pickup or delivery. Delivery fees are shown at checkout or agreed with you on the phone. Please check that your phone number and delivery place are correct; we call that number about your order.

Warranty and returns

Products carry the maker's warranty where the maker gives one. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number. We check the item and agree with you on a repair, a swap or a refund. Refunds for M-PESA payments go back by M-PESA.

Internet service

Internet packages run for the period you pay for. When a package ends, the connection pauses until you renew. Hotspot packages are for one device. Speeds are the maximum for your package; Wi-Fi range and the devices you use can lower the speed you see.

Fair use

Do not use our network to break the law, attack other systems or send spam. We may suspend a connection that does.
